Rankin County Democrats will meet on Thursday, April 7, at 6:00 pm in the Rankin County Board of Supervisors boardroom in downtown Brandon. At this meeting, the executive committee will elect officers for the 2016-2020 term and discuss our path forward as a party. There will be additional discussions about the convention process. The 2016 precinct caucuses will be held Saturday, February 13th, at 10:00 am! This is the most important party-building step that occurs every four years. Poll Worker Training

If you or someone you know is interested in serving as a paid poll worker for the March 8th Democratic Party primary and a possible March 29th runoff election, email [email protected] for more information. Trainings will begin early next year, so stay tuned for scheduling updates. Be advised that attending a training does not guarantee you will be hired to work.

You may even get a free campaign t-shirt for helping! It will be a fun way to fire up our voters for the election!
